Welcome to Lamington
A conservation village/area set in rural countryside, Lamington is at the heart of Scotland's central belt.
The village is on the A702 between the town of Biggar and Abington on the M74.

The village lies between the River Clyde and the Southern Uplands and is one of the villages which form a necklace around the base of Tinto.
It is a starting place for some superb walks into the hills behind the village as well as providing angling in the nearby River Clyde. The area has extensive historical and interesting connections.
